BofA's Sept. 15 investor survey shows Asian software and platform stocks are now
the region's top AI trade for the next 12 months, with 25% of users
selecting the theme—highest among options that included storage and data
centers. The theme ranked near the bottom in August, pointing to a shift from
AI-capacity plays toward companies that can demonstrably monetize AI, a move
that could benefit Indian AI software names. Monetization is increasingly
driving allocations: 80% of visitors now cite monetization as a key
confidence booster for AI stocks, up from 64% in August.
