State Grid Corporation issued measures to streamline power access and customer services to support high‑quality economic development. It will standardize low‑voltage supply (380/220V) for private entities with installed capacity ≤160 kW to lower connection costs, and in eligible municipalities, provincial capitals and separately planned cities will raise the low‑voltage access cap from 160 kW to 200 kW. For large customers and key projects the company will adopt tiered visits and regular one‑to‑one supply management. Market‑oriented and export‑oriented firms will be offered bespoke services including green power and green‑certificate trading, retail tariff package comparison and bill‑interpretation. State Grid will introduce one‑click publication of supply‑service information and expand online intelligent services such as facial‑recognition and single‑ID account access.
