On Sept. 16, 2026 Feikai Materials said its Anqing Xingkai
semiconductor-materials smart factory production line has entered trial
production. Capacity is being migrated to the new line per operating plans; runs
are stable and yields remain healthy. Products target memory, power-management,
SiC power devices and PDFN-clip packaging. The plant is a capacity reserve for
the company’s high-end epoxy molding compounds; as products pass customer
qualification and volumes ramp, line utilization and contributions to revenue
and profit are expected to increase.
