Fed chair Kevin Warsh said determining how restrictive monetary policy is "is
not easy." He said he finds it hard to describe financial conditions as
restrictive and that colleagues share that view, but added Wednesday's rate hike
"removed a dose of accommodation" to bring financial and credit conditions more
in line with the Fed's objectives.
