On the 17th local time, Kyiv's civil-military administration said Russian forces struck civilian infrastructure, injuring 16 people, including two children, as of 08:00. Multiple districts reported damage to warehouses, office buildings and residential blocks after repeated overnight explosions. The Ukrainian Air Force said on social media that air-defence alerts sounded nationwide and that Russian forces fired multiple missiles at Kyiv. Russia has not responded to the report.
