US Postal Service chief David Steiner said on Thursday that after the Supreme
Court this week rejected President Trump's executive order, the agency has
halted development of a controversial computer system that had been central to
efforts to restrict mail-in voting. "There is an injunction, so we have done
nothing," he said.
