To date China's domestically developed C919 has logged more than 150,000 flights
hours, carried over 8 million passengers and serves 26 cities. At the China
Aviation Association conference two C919 variants under development were
displayed: a shortened version for high‑altitude routes and a stretched version
with roughly 80 additional seats versus delivered models. The C929 is in a
steady design phase.
