onsemi will raise prices across a broad product range, effective Oct. 10, 2026.
The company said rising raw-material, manufacturing, energy and infrastructure
costs are the primary drivers. onsemi carried out an earlier price adjustment in
1H. It also cited growing demand in power, industrial and data-center end
markets over recent quarters and said it is investing further in manufacturing
capacity, technology and operational resilience.
