Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology and the
Beijing Development and Reform Commission issued the Action Plan to Accelerate
the Token Economy (2026–2028). The plan supports software and
information‑service firms partnering with third‑party evaluation agencies to
pilot token (AI model token) testing platforms, and encourages value‑added
services such as model intelligent‑routing and evaluation consulting to form
sustainable operating models. It also calls for objective, impartial token
performance and quality standards to inform token pricing and model routing.
