Iran's interior ministry said rebuilding damaged civilian infrastructure is a
top priority in its post-war plan, with repairs to housing and public-service
facilities taking precedence over non-essential projects. Spokesman Ali
Zeynivand said enemy attacks damaged about 75,000 housing units and parts of
infrastructure, including connecting bridges, across several provinces including
Hormozgan and Golestan. He added that record-high inflation after decades of
Western sanctions are worrying the public and that officials are working to
address rising prices.
