Bijie’s 220 kV Shehua I and II return-supply power lines were recently
commissioned and began transmitting electricity, opening a critical supply route
for the Bijie phosphorous–coal chemical integration project — the largest
industrial investment in Guizhou at about 73 billion yuan. The line will supply
the project’s 220 kV Youshan user substation with stable, reliable power,
supporting continuous production, the project construction command said.
