An IRGC spokesman said groups in Yemen and Lebanon are not Iranian proxies,
saying they have strong attachment to their own territorial integrity and make
independent policy, judgment and decisions. He said resistance organizations are
absolutely not Iran's proxies and cited the movement's martyred leader as saying
the only proxy in the region is the Israeli occupation regime, which he
described as a proxy of the US and Europe.
