EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Karas: I met with Iranian Foreign Minister Araqchi during the UN General Assembly. We discussed the prospects of ending the US-Iran conflict through diplomatic means and fully reopening the Strait of Hormuz. Before the war, no tolls or fees were ever charged for navigation through the strait, and they should not be charged after the war.
