Axios reported Ukrainian President ZELENSKIY said the US is advancing three immediate measures to de-escalate the war: an energy-sector ceasefire, reopening a grain corridor, and convening US-Russia-Ukraine trilateral talks. The US has proposed first meeting technical teams rather than leaders and has floated Abu Dhabi as a possible venue; ZELENSKIY said the G20 in Miami in December could also serve for a leaders-level summit. A source said Kremlin envoy Dmitriyev will arrive in New York on Thursday to meet US envoys Witkoff and Kushner to discuss the US proposal.
