According to the Iranian news agency IRNA, the Tehran Stock Exchange Composite Index closed down 103,000 points today, falling to 7,153,000 points. The weighted index also fell 9,000 points, closing at 1,929,000 points. At today's close, 6.3 trillion tomans flowed out of stocks, pre-emptive rights, and equity funds, while 1.5 trillion tomans flowed out of fixed-income funds. Meanwhile, 53% of stocks in the market still closed higher, with buy orders totaling 6.5 trillion tomans.
