Shaanxi Space Breeding Engineering Technology Research Center and Zhongke
Satellite Technology Group Co. signed a cooperation agreement to establish a
joint space‑breeding mutagenesis laboratory and announced the start of
development of China’s first commercial space‑breeding dedicated satellite. The
laboratory will open testing resources to research institutes and breeding units
Nationwide, create an open, shared space‑breeding innovation platform, and
pursue joint talent training, collaborative project applications and acceleration
technology transfer to support rural revitalization, modern agriculture and
seed‑industry innovation.
