Changan Auto has established an AD Collaborative Development Department — AD
denotes the initials of Avita and Deep Blue — as a top-level unit. It has
created second-level divisions including Planning & Cooperation, Market &
Product, Shared HR Center, Shared Finance Center and a General Affairs
department to assume businesses entrusted by Avita and Deep Blue. Changan
proposed Avita set up shared/collaborative centers for styling design, product
development and platform technology to take on Deep Blue‑entrusted work; Deep
Blue will dissolve multiple business units and subordinate organizations.
