Five men were arrested on Sunday near RAF Fairford on suspicion of terrorism and
explosives offences, BBC reported. Trump said the men "attempted to cause
significant damage" to the base, that US authorities had them under prolonged
surveillance and that cooperation with UK authorities had been "excellent," and
he added London's police may have been involved though he lacked details. Prime
Minister Burnham urged the public not to speculate and said the investigation is
ongoing.
