At the opening of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts rose, with asphalt up nearly 4%, methanol and benzene up nearly 3%, fuel oil, SC crude oil, and low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) up over 2%, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and propylene up nearly 2%. On the downside, silver fell over 3%, lithium carbonate fell nearly 2%, and live pigs, red dates, platinum, coking coal, gold, and glass fell over 1%.
