An SEC filing shows Tesla agreed $30 billion of financing: a $20 billion
three-year delayed-draw term loan maturing Sept. 29, 2029; an $8 billion
five-year revolving credit facility; and a $2 billion 364-day revolver. Tesla is
terminating its prior revolver. The new five-year revolver allows up to $500
million in letters of credit, and revolving capacity can be increased by up to
$4 billion to $14 billion.
