KCNA reported Sept 30 that Kim Yo Jong said on Sept 29 a landmine explosion near
the southern border was seized on by the South Korean military to provoke North
Korea. She accused Seoul of shifting blame onto Pyongyang and attempting to
fabricate physical evidence, called the action absurd, and warned Seoul would be
held responsible for its provocations.
