Applied Materials said Kioxia has joined its Applied EPIC (Equipment and Process
Innovation and Commercialization) Center as an innovation partner to co-develop
next‑generation memory technology. The collaboration will focus on advanced cell
and structure formation, multi‑chip stacking architectures and new materials
engineering methods to raise memory density and performance for AI workloads.
