Evergrande Property (06666.HK) said the company’s liquidator has received
proposals from several potential buyers. China Evergrande and CEG Holdings, as
potential sellers, have signed an exclusivity agreement with a selected bidder
that grants exclusive negotiation rights until Oct 27. Talks are ongoing on the
terms of a potential sale and purchase agreement; no formal SPA has been signed
and timing for any final transaction documents is not yet determined.
