Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, citing a statement from the Persian
Gulf Waterways Authority (PGSA), said the three UAE-related tankers attacked in
the Strait of Hormuz — ALRUWAIS, SINBAD and MERSINPROSPERITY — appeared on
PGSA’s latest non-compliance list. PGSA said several vessels were attacked in
the Strait in recent days; the last three hits were owned or chartered by UAE
entities, and investigations show they transited the Strait repeatedly over the
past two months.
