Zhejiang maritime authorities reported Oct. 1-2 that CNOOC Zhejiang New Energy’s
Zhoushan-branch LNG bunkering vessel Haiyang Shiyou 302 delivered 3,990 cbm of
bonded LNG as fuel to CMA CGM PALMYRE at berth 5, Dapukou terminal, Jintang port
area, Zhoushan. The operation used a cross-customs-region “Ningbo pickup,
Zhoushan bunkering” coordination model. Following an earlier Zhejiang free‑trade
zone “Zhoushan pickup, Ningbo bunkering” case, the transaction fills Zhoushan’s
bonded LNG ship‑to‑ship bunkering gap and completes bidirectional bonded LNG
connectivity on the Ningbo–Zhoushan cross‑customs route.
