Israeli preliminary investigations indicate the co-pilot who attacked the captain aboard a Dubai airline flight acted alone, Channel 12 reported on April 4, citing sources. Security agencies opened an immediate probe that remains ongoing; investigators view the co-pilot as a "lone-wolf". Media identified him as 29-year-old Omani Hamam Hammami and reported he had planned to kill the captain and crash the aircraft into a skyscraper in Tel Aviv.
