A column of black smoke, approximately 50 kilometers long, was observed over the Saudi East-West oil pipeline today, according to Sentinel-3 satellite imagery. NASA's FIRMS system also recorded four thermal anomalies at the site. The pipeline was shut down after being initially attacked on September 11 and partially resumed operation on September 22. As of now, no further official details regarding the attackers or the extent of the damage are available.
