Tesla was the best-selling imported passenger-car brand in South Korea for the Eighth consecutive month in September, KAIDA data showed. Total new Registrations of imported passenger cars were 34,904 in September, up 6.3% YoY. Tesla sold 12,372 units and has led the import market since February. BMW was second with 6,066 units, Mercedes‑Benz 5,477 and BYD 2,614.
