Moscow Mayor Sobyanin said on social media on Oct. 6 that between Oct. 5 20:30
and Oct. 6 05:00 local time about 650 Ukrainian drones flew toward the Moscow
region; most were intercepted by Russian air defenses at long range. Russian
figures said this was one of the largest Ukrainian drone attacks on the Moscow
area in nearly two years.
