EUR/USD dipped intraday but remains above Monday's multi-month low after the
France-Germany 10-year yield spread narrowed. Extreme-right presidential
candidate Marine Le Pen is expected to unveil her 2027 budget on Tuesday; Danske
Bank analyst Jens Peter Sorensen said this could clarify the fiscal outlook and
potentially pave the way for a budget agreement. LSEG data show the
France-Germany 10-year spread at 138.32 bps, down from 158.67 bps on Friday, the
highest since Nov 2011.
