Twenty funds will open subscriptions on Oct. 8, the first trading day after the holiday, producing a small issuance peak at the start of October. The lineup includes seven passive index funds, five equity-biased hybrid funds, three bond funds, three enhanced-index funds, one FOF and one REIT. Offerings are concentrated in tech-growth themes—STAR Market chip design, AI/startup innovation, software development and robotics—while dividend/value index strategies are being expanded with new ETFs from Yinhua, GF and Agricultural Bank asset managers (including CSI dividend and value-100 linked products). Q3 showed a structural pattern of more fund launches but smaller average/new-issue size (quantity up, size down).
