Two people said the IEA governing board is expected to finalize details at its
Oct 14-15 meeting of a G7 plan to release 100 mln barrels of emergency diesel
and crude. G7 agreed last week to the release and, after pressure from Trump,
pledged not to impose energy export restrictions; it has not disclosed product
allocations or which countries will participate, though one source said Italy
will take part.
