President Trump said on Tuesday US taxpayers will hold a 40% stake in the planned Sparrows Point shipyard in Maryland. Defense contractor Anduril plans to invest $3.7 bln to manufacture components for Virginia‑class submarines and has won a US Navy contract worth up to $2.9 bln. Trump said the project is part of a $21 trln investment plan and will create about 3,000 jobs in Maryland.
