The Financial Times reports Caribbean cruise operators are cutting fares as
capacity increases after ships were rerouted from the Middle East. CruiseCritic
data cited by the FT show the average starting price for interior cabins on 5–7
night sailings booked in September for January departures was $748, down from
$846 a year earlier (≈12% decline).
