Solidigm, SK Hynix’s flash-memory unit, has selected Goldman Sachs and Morgan
Stanley to lead a planned U.S. IPO, sources said. JPMorgan, Citi and UBS were
invited to participate. The deal could come as early as 2027 with talks valuing
the unit as high as $100bn; arrangements are ongoing and may change, and
additional banks could join.
