Nikkei ETF ChinaAMC: Due to an anomaly in the IOPV of the ChinaAMC Nomura Nikkei 225 Exchange Traded Open-Ended Index Fund (QDII), in order to protect the interests of investors and ensure the smooth operation of the fund, upon application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the fund will be suspended from trading and subscription/redemption from October 8, 2026 until the close of trading on that day.

The Bank of England plans to link more than 100 regulatory thresholds for banks and insurers to UK nominal GDP to avoid firms automatically triggering tougher rules due to nominal size increases, reducing barriers to expansion, the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) said. The PRA said 128 existing thresholds trigger additional regulatory requirements, ranging from a total-assets threshold of £320bn that activates more detailed capital reporting to a £7,500 borrowing trigger for individual credit-union members. Under the proposal, thresholds would be automatically upgraded in line with UK nominal GDP growth from July 2031 and subject to a formal review and adjustment every five years.
