Oct 8 — Hongli Zhihui said it is an integrated R&D, production and sales LED semiconductor packaging company, with core businesses in LED semiconductor packaging, Mini/MicroLED displays and automotive lighting. On glass-substrate packaging, the company’s MicroLED capability supports full-series glass-based MicroLED product packaging for P0.6–P1.2. The company did not address TGV technical reserves or plans to extend its glass-substrate technology to PCB-oriented substrates.
