It points out that: Accelerating the construction of a high-end talent pool for ultra-high-definition audiovisual industries; improving a multi-level innovative talent training system; introducing high-end talents and innovative teams in the ultra-high-definition audiovisual field from home and abroad in accordance with relevant regulations, attracting outstanding talents to serve the high-quality development of Beijing's ultra-high-definition industry; establishing a financial support mechanism for the development of the ultra-high-definition audiovisual industry; supporting ultra-high-definition audiovisual enterprises in enjoying relevant policy support in credit financing, operating cost subsidies, and listing cultivation in accordance with regulations; deepening the government-bank-enterprise cooperation mechanism for science and technology innovation finance, providing targeted listing guidance for key ultra-high-definition enterprises, and supporting ultra-high-definition enterprises to list on the domestic main board, the Science and Technology Innovation Board, the Growth Enterprise Market, and the Beijing Stock Exchange; and supporting the establishment of the Beijing Ultra-High-Definition Industry Investment Fund to support the development of industries related to ultra-high-definition audiovisual industries.
