Beijing Municipal Radio and Television Bureau issued measures to support high-quality development of the ultra-high-definition (UHD) audio-visual industry, prioritizing accelerated development of high-end domestic and foreign talent and a multi-level innovation talent pipeline. The city will build a financial support mechanism enabling UHD firms to access credit financing, operating-cost subsidies and IPO cultivation under relevant rules; it will deepen tech–finance–government–bank–enterprise matching and provide targeted listing guidance for key firms, backing listings on the domestic mainboard, STAR Market, ChiNext and the Beijing Stock Exchange. Beijing also supports establishing a municipal UHD industry investment fund to finance sector development.
