Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia has taken all measures to address
the aftermath of an attack on a tanker in the Black Sea. On Oct. 6 the transport
ministry said the Liberian-flagged Afra-type Rio tanker was struck off the Black
Sea coast by unmanned surface vessels, igniting crude; the fire has been
extinguished. All 23 crew members, who are Indian nationals, were rescued.
Peskov said the cargo had completely burned and there was no environmental
damage.
