[Pony.ai and Uber to Test 7th Generation Robotaxi in London] On October 8th, autonomous driving company Pony.ai and global ride-hailing platform Uber announced that they are working to introduce their 7th generation Robotaxi to London, UK, with road testing expected to begin in the coming weeks. London will become another important city in Pony.ai and Uber's strategy for large-scale Robotaxi deployment in Europe. In August of this year, Pony.ai and Uber deepened their strategic cooperation, planning to deploy more than 2,000 driverless Robotaxis in five European cities.
