Porsche said at investor day it plans to raise the average selling price of its most expensive models by roughly 20% by 2030, from about €270,000 today to over €330,000, mirroring a Ferrari-style scarcity strategy to boost margins. The strategy will cut volumes and shift the mix upmarket; Porsche expects top-tier models to grow from roughly one-third of its lineup to 45% and for required break-even volumes to fall below 200,000 cars. The company reaffirmed targets of a 10–15% operating margin by 2030, an auto net cash-flow margin of up to 12%, and a longer-term profit margin target of 15% by 2035.
