IMF schedule shows Fed chair Kevin Warsh will speak at the IMF annual meeting in
Bangkok at 11:30 a.m. Beijing time on Oct. 16 — the last day before Fed
officials enter the quiet/blackout period ahead of the Oct. 27-28 policy
meeting. Markets currently price roughly an 80% probability of a pause at the
Oct. meeting and a subsequent rate hike in December.
