Axios, citing US and Ukrainian officials, reported US Middle East special envoys Witkoff and Jared Kushner will meet on Friday in Miami with Ukrainian and European officials to present a new plan to break the Russian-Ukraine stalemate. The proposal reportedly includes a partial ceasefire to halt strikes on energy infrastructure and grain shipments. Ukraine has said it will consider the plan; Russia has so far been negative. Witkoff and Kushner briefed Trump on Thursday; talks will also cover Ukrainian security guarantees and postwar economic plans. Sources said the pair may travel to Moscow later this month to consult with Putin.
