At the opening of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts declined, with Shanghai tin falling nearly 5%, lithium carbonate falling over 3%, ethylene glycol (EG) and Shanghai lead falling over 2%, and Shanghai zinc, international copper, and aluminum alloys falling nearly 2%. On the upside, methanol rose over 7%, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) rose nearly 5%, benzene rose over 2%, polypropylene and plastics rose nearly 2%, and paraxylene and fuel oil rose over 1%.
