At the close of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts rose, with methanol up nearly 7%, coking coal up over 4%, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), plastics, and polypropylene up over 3%, and coke and live hogs up over 2%. On the downside, tin and ethylene glycol (EG) fell over 4%, asphalt fell over 3%, container shipping to Europe fell nearly 3%, offset paper fell over 2%, and urea fell nearly 2%.
