Shanghai Futures Exchange said effective from Oct 13, 2026 trading (night session starting Oct 12), non-futures-company members, overseas special non‑broker participants and client accounts will face a 1,500‑lot cap on intraday opening trades for fuel oil futures FU2611, FU2612 and FU2701, and a 1,500‑lot cap on intraday opening trades for petroleum asphalt (bitumen) futures BU2610, BU2611, BU2612 and BU2701.
