After Saudi Arabia's east–west pipeline returned to service following a prior attack, ARAMCO told European refiners it will meet their full crude purchase requests in November. Sources say at least three European refiners have been notified they will receive their full requested allocations. The pipeline outage had previously disrupted Saudi crude flows to Europe.
