China issued the National Disability Prevention Action Plan (2026–2030), specifying 18 key indicators, six major actions and 19 task measures. The plan aims that by 2030 the disability-prevention policy framework and control network will be more complete, public awareness of disability prevention will be significantly enhanced, major disabling risk factors in priority areas will be effectively controlled, and comprehensive disability-risk prevention capacity will be further strengthened to support Healthy China, high-quality population development and the full development of disability services.
