Ukraine said on Oct. 10 that talks with the United States and European countries
in Miami concluded ahead of schedule and planned negotiations for the following
day were canceled. US presidential envoy Witkoff said on social media that
representatives met in Miami, Florida, on Oct. 9 and held “constructive”
discussions on ways to de-escalate the Russia-Ukraine situation before winter,
end the conflict and secure lasting peace.
